It’s been a long journey to get here but we are finally ready to launch and so excited to show you what we have been working on.

We started Lensit Studio in 2018 when we moved to Seattle with just one photographer with a passion for Real Estate. Nearly 4 years and several thousand completed projects later we have grown to team of six and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our amazing clients. Photography is what we do but at our core we strive to delivery great customer service and we hope you have felt that we have delivered on that.

Increased Value

Starting today we with the launch of our new website we are launching a new client portal where you will be able to manage all of your photoshoots, order new ones, and use new marketing services like property websites, brochure, and social templates. Over the next months we will be continuing to add new services like custom branding, luxury websites, and more. 

It’s an exciting time to be in the Real Estate Industry. Things are changing and technology is advancing and we want to make sure we are able to offer you the tools you need to market your listing and personal brand. Online presence is more important than ever and todays buyers and sellers are expecting more and more, and we hope we will be able to offer you everything you need to succeed!

Agent Portal

We are introducing a new account platform where you will be able to keep track of all your listing, content, appointments, and more.

Streamlined Online Ordering

Our new online booking platform makes it easier than ever to schedule appointments and customize your oder. Once booked appointments can be managed from our new online portal and you can include co-agents and team members as well.

Listing Content in One Place

Now all of your Photos, Videos, Floor Plan, Matterport Tour, and anything else ordered with us will be in one place. No more multiple emails for Photos and Videos.

Property Websites and Marketing Content

Most services now come with the ability to create Property Websites, Brochures, and Social Media Content right in our new Agent Portal. Build them yourself for free or have us build them for you.

Updated pricing

All existing orders will remain the same rate but to keep up with the demands and increased cost of doing business we have had to increase some of our services and packages. You will be able to find the new pricing on our services page. For smaller homes under 1,500 sqft pricing has remained mostly the same with incremental increases as you go up from there and services like aerial imaging are still the same.

Bug Report

As with all things new, there are a few kinks we are working through with the new site. If you have any trouble placing an order or notice anything thats not working let us know and we will get it sorted!

Looking ahead

This is just the start. Over the next year we will be working on developing new services to help grow your brand with a focus on Online Presence, Social Media, and Video Production. Luxury Property Websites to help grow your business and custom Property Websites will be the first to launch with even more exciting services coming after that.
