Whether the home can’t be staged in time for the photoshoot deadline or the marketing budget doesn’t allow for it, that doesn’t mean you can’t have beautifully staged real estate photos. The process is simple, photographs are taken very similarly to the way properties are normally shoot but with a few changes. Photographs are taken with the camera slightly lower than usual so more of the floor is captured in the images, this makes placing the virtual furniture easier. Additionally photographs are also taken more angles than normally so you have more to choose from. If you have photos already we can virtually stage those too. After your receive the photos you choose which ones you want to have virtually staged, choose a design theme like modern, chic, or contemporary and within you’ll receive your photos back.
